nGuidehouse is currently seeking a Systems Engineer with focus on Department of Defense (DoD) in support of our U.S. Space Force client. These teammates will bring a vast range of experiences across engineering and acquisition skillsets.

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.

Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" security clearance.

Bachelor's degree with a focus in a STEM field of study

THREE (3) or more years (2 years with advanced degree) of engineering experience

Must travel up to 25%

What Would Be Nice To Have :

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.

Masters or Advanced Degree in a related technical field

Currently possess one or more of the following certifications:

Program Management Professional (PMP)

Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III or above certification with focus in Program Management

Experience working with or in the DoD (U.S. Air Force or Space Force preferred)

The annual salary range for this position is $87,100.00-$130,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
