nRole Responsibilities:
nEngage with a diverse range of customers, external alliance partners, and suppliers to design, implement, and sustain custom solutions.
nCreate requirements documents, statements of work, and Bills of Materials.
nDefine and execute project plans, lead milestones, and conduct reviews to ensure systems meet requirements and are ready for deployment.
nSpecify, design, prototype, test, and deploy turnkey automated solutions.
nDirect support personnel, oversee project technical deliverables, guide technical decisions, and resolve field issues.
nTravel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 25%) to support project objectives.

nSkills and Requirements
nMinimum Requirements:
nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering Technology.
nExperience: 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience in a Hardware Systems Design or Test Engineering Design role.
nStrong understanding of electrical engineering, electronics, and computer architectures.
nUnderstanding of high-level programming languages (LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++/C#)
nDemonstrated understanding of the following concepts and principles:
nSources of measurement error
nAppropriate selection of instrumentation and equipment
nUnderstanding of schematics and wiring diagrams
nIntegration of hardware and software
nBill of Materials creation and review
nFamiliarity with CAD and PCB design tools
nStatistical analysis of data (Cp, Cpk, GR&R) Preferred Skills:
nHands on use of schematic capture tools and PCB design tools
nKnowledge in Component Supplier Selection
nKnowledge in Compliance Certifications (CE, UL, TUV, Etc.)
nHands on use of Hardware Platforms and Instruments
nHands on use of LabVIEW and Test Stand null
