About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to join their team. This role is dedicated to presenting the company's wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects within a specific territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting prospects to clients, engaging in in-depth financial evaluations, and educating them on the various offerings. The position is 100% sales-focused, with no cold calling, as qualified lead flow is provided. The role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services, a multi-year track record of success, and a preference for those with a FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66. As a Regional Vice President of Sales, the day-to-day activities will involve showcasing the company's unique value proposition, partaking in ongoing training, and meeting with prospects either face-to-face or virtually. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-volume phone activity and in-person meetings, and will be supported by a range of resources including sales support, client services, marketing, and research. The role is home office-based, with the expectation of managing the business remotely and covering the territory within driving distance.
