Job Responsibilities:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook required. Must be highly organized. Experience in health care setting, with provider enrollment, physician licensure experience preferred.

- Acts as a liaison between Department Administrators and managers with coordinators and supervisor
- Understands the computer system; completes data entry.
- Gathers provider's documents and information.
- Receives and distributes departmental correspondence for the Provider Reimbursement Enrollment department.
- Creates and maintains electronic provider file folders.
- Sets up and maintains CAQH accounts.
- Assists with updating data including but not limited to CredentialStream, CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, I&A System, OH Medicaid, KY Medicaid, Availity, etc. as requested for expiring documents.
- Scans documents and files them electronically.
- Checks paperwork, digital forms, files, updating or correcting documentation as needed.
- Reviews centralized email account and forwards emails to appropriate provider reimbursement enrollment coordinator or supervisor.
- Demonstrates competence in day-to-day schedule of duties by completing tasks on time.
- Assists in capturing key performance indicators as requested/required on steps of provider reimbursement enrollment by annotating dates including but not limited to: documents/information requests, receipts of requested documents/information, receipt of signed documents, submission of application, completion of enrollment by carrier in addition to notification of onboarding of provider and provider anticipated start date
- Provides reports as requested/required to ensure departments are current with provider enrollment status, licensure expirations, etc. and saved/forwarded as necessary
- Participates in educational activities and programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned and/or requested
