Description
The go-to retail agency for beauty brands. Headkount minimizes the risk and time needed for beauty brands to get into brick-and-mortar with our all-in-one solution that provides experienced Beauty Education Teams who go in-store to increase brand awareness and drive top line sales.
The Senior Account Manager will foster strong relationships with Headkount clients and lead retail strategy and execution across assigned accounts. Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, optimizing results through strategic planning, and overseeing brand success while leading regular client touchpoints.
The Senior Account Manager should bring strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in client relationship management, expertise in data analysis and strategic planning, and exceptional leadership capabilities to guide teams and foster cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate & manage strong relationships with Headkount Clients & Retailers, acting as the point of contact to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Regularly report & analyze sales performance, market trends, inventory, & event impact to identify growth opportunities & performance gaps
  • Maintain accurate sales goals & retail plans, refining strategies in response to performance & client priorities
  • Lead cross-functional coordination of product launches, events, visual merchandising, & promotions by partnering with Field Sales, Education, & other teams to ensure timely execution & cohesive 360 plans.
