About the position

Are you passionate about cars and take pride in making them look and feel their best? HoneyCar Winchester is looking for a General Reconditioning Technician to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team.

HoneyCar's simple process, transparent market pricing, desirable inventory, and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Used car technician and the customer!

What You'll Do:

• n

  Perform general reconditioning tasks including detailing, light mechanical work, and cosmetic repairs

  n

• n

  Conduct thorough inspections and communicate findings to the service/recon team

  n
n
• n

  Ensure vehicles are lot-ready in a timely and professional manner

  n
n
• n

  Assist with bodywork, buffing, light interior/exterior repairs as needed

  n
n
• n

  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the recon shop area

  n
n

n

What We're Looking For:

  Prior experience automotive reconditioning preferred

  n
n
• n

  Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  n
n
• n

  Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

  n

• n

  A positive attitude and team-first mindset

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
