Job Summary:
nWe have an immediate opening for a full-time Advanced Diesel Technician to efficiently diagnose, service and repair various types of agriculture and construction equipment.
nThe ideal Advanced Diesel Technician has…
n- 7-9+ years of experience as a diesel technician/mechanic, preference given to agriculture and construction equipment.
n- Skills and knowledge to efficiently complete full services on a majority of agricultural and construction equipment.
n- Appropriate toolset to diagnose and repair agricultural and construction equipment as well as heavy equipment.
n- Advanced understanding and application in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
n- Acceptable Motor Vehicle status, with current driver’s license, and ability to operate motor vehicle
n- Satisfactory results of a pre-employment drug screening
nThe Advanced Diesel Technician will contribute to our team by: (Duties and Responsibilities)
n- Diagnosing & Repairing: Use your skills to identify failures and confirm repairs with equipment and recommend service for continued equipment reliability.
n- Analyzing & Confirming: Complete and check electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs on equipment to customer satisfaction.
n- Meeting and Exceeding: Perform quality service work and attain collectable efficiency, billable efficiency, labor sales, and rework goals.
n- Documenting and Submitting: Complete work order and forms for service operations in a timely and accurate manner.
n- Collaborating & Communicating: Consistently focusing on how we all succeed and seek ways to communicate, work together, to generate expected results.
n- Being Safe & Train: Maintain a clean and safe working environment and continually improve and learn in ways that strengthen our performance and expand opportunities.

n- Exceed expected service goals (Labor Sales, Billing Efficiency, Collectible Efficiency, Rework)
n- Comprehend and interpret technical service manuals and schematics.
n- Consistent trouble shooting skills in electrical and hydraulic systems.
n- Operate vehicles and equipment safely in the service shop and in the field.
n- Ability to work seasonally extended hours during the week or weekends.
n- Ability to lift 75 pounds as required without assistance.
