nWe are seeking a skilled Commercial Electrical Project Manager for a new commercial division to join our team! You will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a team of skilled electricians for commercial (service work, remodels, new construction) projects.
nResponsibilities:
nNetwork and build relationships with general contractors using networking groups (i.e. NEFBA, BNI, Chamber of Commerce) and tools (i.e. The Blue Book Building and Construction Network, Building Connected, etc.).
nEstimate projects using industry standard estimating software (i.e. AccuBid).
nFollow all safety rules and regulations.
nMaintain a clean and safe work environment.
nSupervise electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for new construction and remodeling.
nDiagnose electrical issues and suggest solutions.
nUse blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed.
nCollaborate with the owner to meet project deadlines and budgets.
nKeep accurate records of work performed.
nTrain and mentor less experienced electricians.
nParticipate in the overall company strategy and execution of that strategy.
nMinimum Qualifications:
nValid driver’s license in Florida with a clean record.
n5+ years of experience as a project manager.
nExperience scheduling and managing a team of electricians.
nTrack record of leading commercial projects from inception to completion.
nPreferred Qualifications:
nMaster Electrician License with expert understanding of NEC code and local regulations.
nExperience in estimating and building EV charging stations for commercial properties.
nExperience in navigating the JSEB program.
