nJob Title: Enrollment Specialist
nLocation: Fort Worth, Texas Schedule: Full-time Compensation: $16/hour base pay + $100 commission per enrolled family (paid after 8 weeks of attendance)
nPosition Summary:
nWe are seeking a goal-oriented, professional, and highly organized Enrollment Specialist to lead our admissions process and drive center growth. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in childcare or early education who also brings customer service or sales experience. The right candidate will be proactive in engaging prospective families, conducting impactful tours, and converting inquiries into long-term enrollments.
nKey Responsibilities:
nLead Management & Conversion: Promptly respond to all inquiries and leads via phone, email, website, and walk-ins. Maintain consistent and strategic follow-ups to maximize engagement and close enrollments.
nTour Execution: Conduct high-quality, personalized tours that highlight the center’s unique offerings and address family needs, ultimately converting interest into commitment.
nPipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in lead tracking tools. Meet or exceed KPIs including:
nNumber of weekly follow-ups and contacts
nTour-to-enrollment conversion rates
nEnrollment completion timelines
nEnrollment Completion: Guide families through the full registration process and ensure all enrollment documents are finalized before start date. Confirm satisfaction post-start to ensure retention.
nCollaboration & Readiness: Partner with leadership and classroom teams to ensure the center is always tour-ready and delivering the experience promised during the enrollment process.
nEvent Participation: Assist with center events, open houses, and outreach initiatives to promote visibility and support sustained enrollment growth.
nQualifications:
nMinimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, childcare, or daycare center operations
nPrevious experience in admissions, family engagement, or a sales/customer service role required
nStrong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
nHigh attention to detail, ability to multitask, and data-driven mindset
nCRM system familiarity or ability to quickly learn internal tracking tools
nProfessional demeanor with a passion for helping families and children
nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
nCompensation & Incentives:
nHourly Pay: $16/hour
nCommission: $100 per new family enrolled, paid after the family has remained for 8 consecutive weeks
nIncentive Bonuses: Potential for periodic bonuses based on hitting or exceeding center enrollment targets
