In this role, you will focus on developing, executing, and optimizing digital content across the company’s social media channels, with additional responsibility for managing website content. You will drive our social media strategy, create compelling content, and engage with our global audience. As part of a fast-paced, high-profile company, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our brand’s digital presence. This is a unique opportunity to help define how one of the world’s most dynamic music companies shows up online.nnWhat You’ll Be Doing.nnSocial Media Content Strategy & ExecutionnnManage and maintain the corporate social media accounts, ensuring timely updates, clear navigation, and brand consistency.nOversee the editorial calendar for social media, developing and executing content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).nSupport, develop, and implement a social media strategy that highlights our company’s artists and songwriters, key partnerships, sync placements, corporate messaging, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement.nCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Repertoire leads, Marketing, Sync, Legal, etc.) to ensure digital communications align with business priorities.nnCreative & Editorial DevelopmentnnCreate and curate compelling social media content that communicates our company mission, milestones, and culture.nWrite, edit, and publish creative, shareable content optimized for each social media platform, with a focus on driving engagement and awareness.nnAnalytics & OptimizationnnTrack and analyze performance metrics for the company’s social media and website content.nOptimize content based on data insights and platform best practices.nnGovernance & CompliancennUphold brand, tone of voice, accessibility, and legal compliance standards across all digital content.nServe as a point of contact for content governance on BMG’s digital platforms.nnMust-HavesnnExcellent organizational skills.nExtensive attention to detail.nAbility to multitask, be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment.nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).nProven experience managing corporate websites and social media in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.nExceptional writing and editing skills with a strong sense of brand voice and storytelling.nProficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Wordpress etc.), social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite etc.), basic design/creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.), and strong knowledge of editing natively on social media platforms.nComfortable collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders and timelines within a global team.nStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style for various platforms and audiences.nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies for content optimization.nPrevious xperience in media, music, entertainment, or cultural industries.nnWhat’s In It For You.nnEnjoy flexibility with our hybrid setup: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.nExperience peace of mind knowing that our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage has got you covered.nMaximize your savings with our dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match of up to 6% after your first year.nTake time off to recharge with 19 days of vacation per year.nSave money and time with our commuter benefits program.nStay healthy and earn financial rewards with our fitness reimbursement program and wellness incentives.nAccess well-being support 24/7 through our Employee Assistance Program.nKick off your weekends early with Summer Fridays.nUnlock your potential with development opportunities, including mentorship programs, LinkedIn Learning and educational reimbursements.nBe inspired by our talented artists at our showcases and playbacks.nnPay Rangenn$65,000-$70,000 per annumnnThe pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs.
