As the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager , you will lead critical EHS programs at our Eustis facility. In this highly visible role, you will develop and manage initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture throughout the site.

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the site EHS function and staff.
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs in alignment with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through training, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and root cause analyses, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee reporting and recordkeeping for environmental and safety metrics.
- Lead the site's environmental programs, including waste management, air and water permits, and chemical handling.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and inspections.
- Draft and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Champion the EHS Management System by utilizing data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Stay updated on industry and regulatory trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI, and relevant EHS regulations.
- Experience with EHS Management Systems, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
- ASP or CSP certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS software platforms.
- May involve exposure to allergens such as Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts and Sesame.
