n nJob Summary:
nThe Associate Care Customer Service Manager will be the initial point of contact for our route drivers. This individual will be responsible for coordinating driver requests and communicating with staff members to implement solutions. This position will assist drivers with requests and tasks such as vehicle issues, truck inventories, and communication between staff members.
nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
nGreet each driver who stops by the desk and build positive relationships.
nVerify drivers are completing and returning daily reports and recording vital information.
nUpdate drivers with status updates regarding their service tickets for routes and their trucks.
nEnsure drivers are completing inventories and returning totes and other items to their designated areas.
nInform drivers of new installations, removals, and other important information.
nVerify trucks are clean and drivers are stocked with the required cleaning supplies.
nQualifications:
nExcellent communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.
nCompetent in computer applications.
nCapable of thriving in a team-focused setting.
nAbility to address and solve problems.
nAdvanced organizational expertise.
