Job Description
HBK is seeking a poised, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all guests to our Dallas office. This individual will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently.
The Front Desk Receptionist will be a key contributor to the broader administrative team and will partner closely with Executive Assistants and the Dallas Office Manager to deliver best-in-class hospitality and administrative support. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, taking initiative to ensure that every visitor interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but evidence of relevant experience will also be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role in a client-facing corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, relationship-building approach
  • Professional presence with enthusiasm and maturity
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail, quality, and a desire to support seamless office operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Proactively anticipates needs, follows through, and ensures all aspects of a task are completed
  • Highly collaborative team player eager to contribute to the firm's culture and success with a helpful, can-do mindset
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
