ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Representative for Christopher Rowe - State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional sales support and enhancing customer retention through meaningful client interactions. Acting as a liaison between our agency and our customers, you will help improve the lives of our clients by offering personalized solutions that meet their insurance needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and changes.
  • Provide information about insurance products and services to address customer needs.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage policy retention.
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
