  • Mechanical Engineering: Design energy-efficient HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems that prioritize comfort, sustainability, and innovation.

General Responsibilities: n

    n
  • Design and coordinate engineering systems aligned with project goals, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • n
  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other disciplines to deliver fully integrated project solutions.
  • n
  • Produce drawings, specifications, reports, and calculations that support project design development and construction documentation.
  • n
  • Stay informed on evolving codes, standards, and technologies relevant to your discipline.
  • n
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration as needed.
  • n
  • Engage in internal quality assurance and peer review processes to uphold FSB’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications: n

    n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Fire Protection or other closely related discipline).
  • n
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license highly ; candidates actively pursuing licensure will also be considered.
  • n
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification .
  • n
  • 3+ years of related engineering experience .
  • n
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, discipline-specific modeling/calculation tools).
  • n
  • Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (e.g., IBC, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, ACI, ASCE).
  • n
  • Experience delivering projects in civic, commercial, education, aviation, or federal sectors strongly valued.
