n• Lead and coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and execution of engineering Capability projects for the F-22 program.

nBasic Qualifications:
n• Bachelors degree in engineering or related STEM degree
n• Project Management experience working with cross-functional teams
n• Final SECRET security clearance
nDesired Skills:
n• Electro-Optical / Infra-Red (EO/IR) sensor experience
n• F-22 Avionics Hardware Development Experience
n• Experience with System and Software Engineering Processes
n• Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management
n• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
n• F-22 Clearance

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
