About the Role:nWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in managing electrical equipment installation, particularly for data center projects. This role will involve overseeing projects from the design phase (design-build/design-assist) through to completion, ensuring successful execution in all aspects of electrical work.nKey Responsibilities:nnManage all phases of electrical projects, including design, bidding, purchasing, construction, and closeoutnLead layout and design efforts using AutoCADnOversee cost/proposal development, value engineering, and constructability analysisnDevelop project schedules, procurement plans, and prefabrication strategiesnManage billing, estimating, and contract negotiationsnCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completionnEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practicesnnQualifications:n? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldn? 5+ years of project management experience in electrical engineering or constructionn? Expertise in electrical distribution, mission-critical power, lighting, fire alarm, security, and access control systemsn? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsn? Proficiency with AutoCAD and project management softwaren?
