nResponsible for the integration of functional Industrial Engineering solutions in the F-35 EMAS area in an "above the floor" capacity; by analyzing and developing production schedules, staffing plans, creating and monitoring production health metrics and continuous improvement activities.

n• Perform as project manager.
n• Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and a variety of Production support functions.

nBasic Qualifications:
n• Experience developing production plans in a professional environment.
n• Experience with forecasting methods (learning curves &/or parametric estimates).
n• Experience with statistical analysis, data analysis, &/or database operations.
nDesired Skills:
n- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
nrelated discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
neducation
n- Experience with statistical analysis (regression
nanalysis, statistical process control, R, Python, Tableau,
netc.)
n- Experience with database operations (data mining,
nSQL statements)
n- Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes
n- Experience working with business objects (BO) and
nenterprise data warehouse (EDW)
n- Experience with analytical and project planning tools
nand software, including MS Office Suite of tools
n-Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt,
nPDCA, etc.)
n- Project management experience

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
