nJob description
nIn this position, you will be assisting the Install Manager with scheduling installations and it’s all-around logistics. You may also perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and help around the office as needed.
nKey Competencies and Requirements:
nHigh school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction or home services industry (Preferred)
nStrong communication and customer service skills
nExcellent organizational and time-management skills
nAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
nProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
nKnowledge of backup power systems is a plus, but not required
nValid driver's license and reliable transportation
nDuties and Responsibilities:
nAssist the Install Manager in coordinating installation schedules and logistics
nCommunicate with customers to schedule installation dates
nConfirm correct equipment and permits are in place prior to installation
nMaintain accurate and organized installation records and ensure all required documentation is completed
nUpdate and maintain customer database with installation and service information
nCommunicate with customers to schedule routine maintenance and repairs
nAssist in ordering warranty/repair parts and filing warranties with Generac
nFollow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
nProvide administrative support to the Install Manager as needed
