nYou will be the RF Engineer for the F-35 System Integration and Test team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the lab has the capabilities to allow testing of operational flight programs.
nWhat You Will Be Doing:
nAs the RF Engineer you will work on the F-35 MSIL and/or ADP (Advanced Development Program) Projects. Working within the Simulation & System Test (SST) F-35 System Integration & Test (SI&T) Simulation/System Integration Labs (SIM/SIL) Verification & Validation (V & V)team.
nAs the RF Engineer you will develop Electronic Warfare (EW) emitter definitions and emitter waveforms in support of lab testing with the EW Stimulator (EWS). These activities will feed into lab integration and testing to successfully complete milestones leading up to the full verification and validation and delivery of EWS test capabilities or may work with integration and testing.
nAdditional tasks also includes ensuring that the labs have the capability to test operational flight programs by doing the following:
n• Offering technical assistance to the laboratory for one or more of the following tasks: developing system requirements; managing them; managing changes; developing designs; planning integrations; verifying requirements; validating performance; and installing, configuring, and accepting tests of systems on-site.
n• Engaging with simulation software, subsystem procurement, hardware development teams.
n• Providing technical support for system operation, upgrades, and integration to laboratory development staff.

nYou will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
nBasic Qualifications:
n• Experience in performing one or more of the
nfollowing: system requirements development,
nsystem design development, system integration
nand/or verification
n• Experience with Radar and/or Electronic Warfare Systems (EW)
n• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an
naccredited college or university OR 12+ years of relevant experience
nDesired Skills:
n• Experience in developing performance-based specifications for supplier-developed lab avionics systems such as electronic warfare, or radar
n• Experience in programming of emitters
n• Experience with aircraft avionics sensors
nincluding Radar or electronic warfare, electronic
nattack, electronic protection (EW / EA / EP)
nKnowledgeable of F-35 Missions System
nArchitecture
n• Electrical troubleshooting skills, knowledge and use of test equipment (RF Spectrum and Network Analyzers, Function /Signal Generators, etc.)
n• Strong oral written communication skills
n• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
n• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
