Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters for projects located in the West Fargo, ND area . Job Scope:

  Carefully remove all existing interior and exterior windows without damaging surrounding structures

  n
n
• n

  Install new window units, ensuring proper alignment, insulation, sealing, and anchoring

  n
n
• n

  Use appropriate methods and equipment for safe handling and placement of heavy window units

  n
n
• n

  Safely maneuver and install large or heavy window assemblies

  n
n
• n

  Operate lifts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment as needed

  n
n
• n

  Remove and replace or refinish interior and exterior trim as required for window installation

  n
n
• n

  Perform precise carpentry work to ensure a clean, professional finish

  n
n
• n

  Caulk, seal, and paint or stain trim to match project specifications

  n
n
• n

  Fabricate and install bent metal components such as flashing, drip edges, and sill pans

  n
n
• n

  Ensure all metalwork is properly shaped, secured, and sealed to prevent leaks and corrosion

  n
n
• n

  Exterior siding installation

  n
n
• n

  Installing windows & exterior doors to spec & code

  n
n
• n

  Building & finishing exterior decks & stair systems

  n
n
• n

  Framing interior & exterior walls

  n
n
• n

  Other tasks as assigned

  n
n

Requirements

n
• n

  Experience with window installation, carpentry, and light metal fabrication

  n
n
• n

  Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely

  n
n
• n

  Familiarity with power tools and job site safety procedures

  n
n
• n

  Telehandler Certification

  n
n
• n

  OSHA 10

  n
n
