Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments in person and effectively manage calendars for clients and team members. • Efficiently conduct initial client intake calls to gather necessary information for in-person appointments. • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure a smooth appointment scheduling process. • Professionally and promptly address client inquiries and concerns to provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: • To be considered for this role, previous experience in conducting cold calls is a mandatory requirement. • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a fundamental requirement for this position. • The ability to establish rapid and meaningful connections is essential for success in this role. • Demonstrating a high level of motivation and upholding strong ethical standards are critical attributes. • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle are prerequisites for this position. Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly
