RESPONSIBILITIES
- n
- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues n
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations n
- Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations n
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently n
- Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions n
- Oversee technicians working on customers’ vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times n
- Oversee and participate in quality control n
- Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate n
REQUIREMENTS
n- n
- High school diploma or equivalent n
- Valid commercial driver’s license & clean driving record n
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control n
- Automotive service advisor experience n
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently n
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions n
- Multitasking skills n
- Proficient use of computers/business machines n
