nDEP is looking for a motivated, experienced, full-time, team-oriented Account Executive with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical abilities. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus!

Maintaining and building client relationships

Provide professional support to enhance the customers’ experience

Train/Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products

Staying on top of industry trends

Conduct dealer training
n n - n
Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction

Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs

Required Skills:

Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual

Ability to manage multiple accounts

The ability to remain cool under pressure
