Compensation
EWN is looking for a talented Account Executive to join the team full-time. This position pays $54,000 - $118,000 per year.

Job Description
Job Summary
The Account Executive (AE) is a high-level position responsible for identifying, securing, growing, and maintaining new client revenue and a market share in a defined vertical market segment or segments through the sale of products and services on a contractual basis.
In the role, AE ensures the requirements of this job description are attained and maintained within six (6) months of hire to become a fully functioning team member, unless there are exceptions determined to be acceptable by management. Additionally, the AE level employee is tasked with identifying the market opportunities, creating a sales plan for penetrating the market, implementing the plan, and ultimately achieving a designated sales quota objective that will be determined once the new hire has at least 30 days of on-the-job training.
The AE must be able to collaborate effectively with existing clients to establish routine communications intended to address ongoing client satisfaction, evolving client needs, and opportunities to upsell EWN product offerings.
Essential Job Duties
The ideal candidate is capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow as the position evolves. As a Account Executive, you must be able to:
• Identify thirty (30) market revenue opportunities within the first six (6) months of employment through engaging in on-the-job-training (OJT) and continuous prospecting activities such as cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• On or before three (3) months of employment as an AE III, demonstrate to EWN Leadership the KSAs required to begin generating revenue starting in month four. EWN Leadership will utilize the employees 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance reviews, as well as an employee demo of the EWN platform, products, and services before the end of the fourth month of employment.
• Close the appropriate amount of sales within the EWN fiscal year that factors in employee hire date and three month ramp up period to meet the AE III sales quota; Sales quotas for the AE III position are assessed for each EWN fiscal year and will be communicated to the employee via written documentation that requires the employee and manager or above signatures
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails, respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
• Attend team meetings, share best practice with colleagues, and represent EWN at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
• Create sales strategies for achieving assigned revenue targets within the monthly and annual time frame
• Develop and maintain, within Salesforce, account profiles on every account and consistently document all opportunities, status, activities, new business forecast and updates the appropriate company system
• Proposal writing, financial justifications, and account maintenance
• Work collaboratively with peers, partner groups, resellers to achieve complete customer satisfaction
• Perform other related job functions as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or five (5) plus years in the industry, sales, marketing, and/or account management may substitute for the required education
  • Five (5) plus years of experience in sales using a solution/consultative sales approach, meeting and surpassing B2B sales goals
  • Five (5) years of experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM platform
  • Five (5) years of general computer usage with web browsing, Microsoft Office, and other related applications
  • Five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements
  • Seven (7) years of sales experience (i.e., Key Performance Indicators, Quotas, Pre/Post activities)
  • External Applicants: Five (5) years of selling products/services comparable to EWN products/services
  • Internal Applicants: Merits for consideration for the AE III role will be evaluated on an applicant-by-applicant basis, subject to the preferred qualifications as determined by the Hiring Manager, Director of Client Solutions, and input from Executive Leadership Team members
  • Oil, gas, or energy industry experience

Working Conditions
  • Schedule: Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (shifts may vary within these hours).

  • Work Arrangement: Flexible, remote work environment with occasional travel (up to 40%).

Location
This position will be fully remote. You will perform your work for the Company at a non-office location and will not have an office or workstation at the Company's worksite.
