Electrical Engineer - Maintenance
nThe Electrical Engineer for the Maintenance Team will be responsible for setting up, programming and troubleshooting robot applications, electrical systems, PLCs, control systems, conveyor systems and process/equipment monitoring systems.

nSAP Operations

- Enter preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance data into the SAP n
- Create and update the preventive maintenance task list and ensure reliability n
- Create and update function location and equipment numbers n
- Review and report equipment, equipment downtime, damage codes, downtime causes, countermeasures, and maintenance repair/replacement activities n
- Print, install, and manage barcode labels on machines n
- Control the preventive maintenance process with tablet PCs, train hourly team members n
General Operations

- Collaborates with QC to perform annual equipment inspections and tool measuring n
- Evaluates and compares equipment history to update in SAP n
- Manages the equipment maintenance manual n
- Prepare weekly work summary report n
- Assist maintenance management as needed n
- Planning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, and repairs for MNAe Plant Iine n
- Planning equipment improvement schedules for MNAe Plant Iine n
- Control equipment downtime/MTTR/MTBF/3R5S/Improvement for MNAe Plant Iine n
- Control weekly/monthly results and plan for MNAe Plant line n
- Control equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for the MNAe Plant line n
- Report results and improvement plan for MNAe Plant Iine PM planning for equipment's n
- Planning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, and repairs for the MNAe Plant line n
- Support equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for MNAe Plant Line n
- Support to list up for the inconsistency of equipment with countermeasures. n
- Support and update improvements to equipment for the MNAe Plant Line n
- Support for repairing parts n
Project related to equipment

- Supporting with new equipment installation with engineering cooperation. n
- Inspection of new equipment and creating a plan for training team members. n

nRequired Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering n
- One or more years of experience with industrial maintenance n

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite n
