Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a Robotics Product Development Engineer to join their team. As a Robotics Product Development Engineer, you will be part of the Design Engineering Services team supporting product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $106/HR on Experis W2
What's the Job?
- Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
- Provide design for X guidance/feedback on electromechanical designs.
- Launch prototype tooling with accelerated schedules and assess project risk.
- Analyze new products dimensional data and drive internal and external DFMEA reviews.
- Mentor team members and propose design changes that will enhance product manufacturability and testability.
- BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or equivalent.
- 9+ years of relevant industry experience in new product introduction (NPI) with strong knowledge of manufacturing and scaling.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software (ex: Solidworks).
- Experience designing mechanical assemblies for electronics.
- Strong project management skills and experience with engineering project management software such as JIRA or Confluence.
