Summary
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department for our growing organization. This role has direct responsibility for developing, training and managing a Team of Professional Call Center Representatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee call center staff and operations; provide leadership and support to call center specialists (for effective team management)
  • Responsible for workforce planning, training and development of staff to ensure fulfillment of departmental and organizational goals
  • Monitors call center representatives work station accountability outside their breaks and meal periods
  • Monitors the Contact Center Client to ensure all incoming calls are being handled according to policy
  • Manages departmental processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
  • Ensures patient referral source is kept abreast of patient care by entering all new referring physicians in the provider database and attaching new physician's contact information to the patients' electronic chart in all designated areas
  • Maintains and controls the release of information to authorized persons only
  • Organizes and maintains file system, ICS, and files correspondence and other records

The salary range for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and skill level, with final compensation determined based on qualifications and relevant expertise.
