Overview
The Client Service Associate (CSA) is vital in managing advisor and client files, generating reports, updating client information, preparing paperwork, and troubleshooting client issues. By leveraging the time of the Advisors and the Director of Operations, you ensure efficiency while delivering exceptional service. Your polished communication, strong customer service, and problem-solving skills will be key to confidently meeting the needs of clients and staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty:
  • Support client meeting preparation and follow-up, including assembling requisite paperwork, report generation, appointment scheduling, and post-meeting documentation
  • Address client inquiries regarding operations processes, account requirements, and investments.
  • Partner with a Broker Dealer for new account establishment, account maintenance, and compliance
  • Process, submit, and service all account paperwork/requests
  • Maintain CRM database; ensure adherence to appropriate client service models
  • Maintain scanning and digital filing
  • Handle check depositing, check forwarding, and maintenance of the firm blotter
  • Build relationships with our clients and internal partners.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations

  • Positive feedback from the Lead advisor and staff interactions
  • Accuracy and timeliness of paperwork and projects
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to handle all client situations
  • Implementation of projects on time
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES
To perform this job successfully, the individual should have the following skills and abilities.
  • Brings a minimum of two to five years of experience in the investment industry
  • May hold a securities license
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and other typical advisory systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Willingness to be proactive and reach out to clients, both in writing and on the phone
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and vendors
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the investment industry
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
  • May hold a securities license or industry certification
