Your Role: Electrical Project Manager

n

As an Electrical Project Manager at Fountain Services, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

● Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work

n

● Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams

n

● Procure materials and manage vendor and supplier relationships

n

● Allocate manpower and support on-site job coordination

n

● Review and interpret blueprints and technical documents

n

● Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders

n

● Conduct regular site visits and lead project progress meetings

n

● Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards

n

Minimum Requirements

n

● High school diploma or GED

n

● Minimum 10 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience

n

● At least 5 years in a supervisory role, such as Foreman or Superintendent

n

● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager

n

● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

n

● Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure

n

● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

n

● Must pass a drug screening and background check

n

Preferred Qualifications

n

● Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

n

● Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (optional)

n

● Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and project management tools

n

● Referral from a current Fountain Services employee (optional)
