As a Fitness Center Front Desk Attendant:
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
First Fitness Management, LLC was established by Gary Klencheski, the Founder and CEO of Fitcorp and by Mark Harrington, the Founder and CEO of Healthworks. Collectively, Mark and Gary have been operating and managing commercial and private fitness centers and sports facilities for over four decades.
Since it's inception in 1979, Fitcorp managed private fitness centers for large and small companies and institutions including Gillette, Fidelity, Raytheon, John Hancock, Harvard Medical, Emerson College, Boston Scientific, Tufts Health Plan and Biogen Idec. Our mission is to help corporations improve the health and wellbeing of their employees by delivering high quality, state-of- the-art fitness and wellness services.

As a Fitness Center Front Desk Attendant:
- Greet members with a smile and positive attitude
- Efficiently check in and handle routine member service tasks using the club systems
- Navigate basic questions about the fitness center
- Provide a clean and organized front desk
- Provide high levels of customer service and attentiveness to member needs
- Be responsive to member feedback and complaints and escalating issues to the club management team as necessary
- Availability to work all or some of the shifts Monday-Friday 4-8p .
- Experience working with computer systems and navigating through work screens
- Physical demands include the ability to walk through all areas of clubs, climbing stairs (where applicable), standing behind the front desk, and bending and lifting (e.g., picking up towels, re-stacking of weights, moving of equipment as necessary).
- AED/CPR Certification REQUIRED
