- n
- nPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealershipn n
- nTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentn n
- nDiagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.n n
- nCommunicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsn n
- nExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsn n
Qualifications nn
- n
- n2+ years of Service Technician experience requiredn n
- nGM-Certified a plusn n
- nB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repairn n
- nMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentn n
- nExcellent customer service skillsn n
- nPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityn n
- nEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentn n
- nTeam playern n
- nMust have a valid driver’s licensen n
- nAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentn n
