Description
Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain IAM architecture, prepare the migration plan to Ping Identity suite, integrating Ping Identity solutions with enterprise systems.
Implementation: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Ping Identity components (e.g., PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID) to support single sign-on (SSO), authentication, centralized policy administration, agent management, realtime session management and Identity Federation (OIF) management.
Integration: Collaborate with application, network, and cloud teams to integrate IAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
Security & Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and align with the organization's security policies.
Policy Development: Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures for role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least privilege principles.
Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance of IAM systems to handle large-scale user bases and high transaction volumes.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless user experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand access needs and implement solutions that balance security and usability.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, configurations, and processes for operational and audit purposes.
Training: Provide technical guidance and training to IT staff and business stakeholders on IAM best practices and Ping Identity solutions.
