nWe are looking for dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals who want to work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment. We are a family-owned and operated business that he been operating for over 30 years. We have a fun hybrid business model with a sit-down restaurant, take-out deli, quality catering, and curated market selection.
nShifts are generally 8-2, 1-8, or 2-10. We are open from 9 am to 8 pm (9 pm Wed-Sat).
nEssential Duties & Responsibilities

- Line Cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications. n
- Prepare for all aspects of the restaurant and retail market, including sit-down, catering, and retail a la carte prepared food sales. n
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (i.e. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). n
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. n
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food. Stock inventory appropriately. n
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. n
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. n
Serv Safe Certification preferred.

nJob Type: Full-time
nSalary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (Plus pooled tips of generally $4 to $6/hr once through the 90 day probationary period).
