• 68 years of experience in software quality assurance and manual test development.
• Hands-on experience in working with JIRA for test planning, tracking, and defect management.
• Strong background in requirements management and understanding of end-to-end software development processes.
• Experience with specification development, use case creation, and acceptance criteria validation.
• Proficiency in BDD concepts, with hands-on use of Gherkin syntax to define test scenarios.
• Exposure to AI/ML model validation or AI-driven application testing is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and develop comprehensive manual test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure clear, complete, and testable requirement specifications.
• Use JIRA to manage test cases, stories, tasks, and bugs across the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirements management analyzing, reviewing, and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios using Gherkin syntax in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Validate product features from both user and system perspectives to ensure high-quality releases.
• Review and contribute to specification documents, traceability matrices, and quality checklists.
• Engage in AI-related testing and validation, providing input on quality standards and performance benchmarks.
