What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial properties
- Read blueprints and interpret electrical schematics with precision
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues with confidence and efficiency
- Work with lighting systems, communication wiring, power panels, VFDs, fire alarms, nurse call systems, and more
- Maintain and enforce safety standards and building/electrical codes
- Represent Osta with professionalism and courtesy on every job site
Requirements
What You Bring
- Valid CA State Certification (General Electrician or Residential Electrician). ET cardholders encouraged to apply
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial electrical work
- Your own tools and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of the NEC, safety protocols, and lockout/tag-out procedures
- Clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
