Location: Kissimmee, FL (95% travel, based near Orlando)
Compensation: $35-45/hr depending on experience + full benefits + company vehicle, tools, and expenses

- Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and test equipment
- Perform mechanical repairs on motors, gearboxes, and structural components
- Work independently and travel across the Southeast region (some national work possible)
- Deliver top-tier customer service and clear communication onsite
- 3+ years of experience working on overhead cranes, hoists, or industrial lifting systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (3-phase power systems)
- Solid troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical)
- Not afraid of heights - work is often done at elevation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Military experience (especially in a technical/mechanical field)
- NCCCO or other crane certifications
