nLooking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist who takes pride in providing top quality customer service. If you have excellent customer service and communication skills, are detail oriented, organized and are interested in working for an Award Winning company we have a position available for you.
nDuties: Answering calls and setting up prospects into the sales schedule. Scheduling estimates for customers based on the customers’ availability and best route for our Solutionists. Answering customers questions about our products, services, and policies. Taking messages and routing calls to the appropriate person. Contacting all home show visitors to schedule appropriate service. Scheduling installations and gutter cleaning based on revenue goals, scheduled hours and best routes. Meeting estimate goals for each rep. Candidates must be professional and positive at all times even during heavy call volume days.
nResponsibilities:
nReceive inbound phone calls for prospects/clients
nProvide support to teams and clients
nStrive to meet and exceed call performance.
nDocument all call information and data discovery
nUtilize Knowledge Base of product and services
nParticipate in continued education and training
nHelp improve the client experience
nAvailability: Current opening is for Part time Sat-SUN 8am-5pm
nRequired Experience: Customer Service: 1 year
nJob Type: Part Time
nRequired education: High school or equivalent
nRequirements:
nA positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees
nTwo years experience in customer service is preferred
nStrong verbal and written communication skills
nSound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
nA passion for providing top-notch client support
nAbility to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally
nCompensation: $15,000-$25,000 yearly
nMinimum Requirements:
nMust be 18 or older
