Job Summary: We are looking for a Residential Painting Subcontractor with a skilled crew to complete exterior and interior residential painting projects on time and with precision. This is a subcontractor role—ideal for an established painting crew or business looking to grow and stay busy year-round. We have a consistent flow of projects and offer competitive pay with potential to earn up to $50,000+ per month depending on your crew size, speed, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete assigned residential painting projects according to scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, power washing, masking, caulking, priming).

Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Communicate with the project manager and homeowners professionally and clearly.

Ensure all jobs are completed to company standards and local codes.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of residential painting experience (exterior and/or interior).

Must have your own crew, tools, ladders, and reliable transportation.

Ability to take on full houses and maintain a fast, high-quality pace.

Strong English-speaking skills (interviews will be conducted in English).

Professional appearance and conduct.

Ability to pass a background check if required.

Required Documentation:

EIN (Employer Identification Number).

General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance (if applicable based on your crew size and state laws).
