nJob Summary: We are looking for a Residential Painting Subcontractor with a skilled crew to complete exterior and interior residential painting projects on time and with precision. This is a subcontractor role—ideal for an established painting crew or business looking to grow and stay busy year-round. We have a consistent flow of projects and offer competitive pay with potential to earn up to $50,000+ per month depending on your crew size, speed, and quality.
nKey Responsibilities:
nComplete assigned residential painting projects according to scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
nPrepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, power washing, masking, caulking, priming).
nApply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
nMaintain a clean and safe job site.
nCommunicate with the project manager and homeowners professionally and clearly.
nEnsure all jobs are completed to company standards and local codes.
nRequirements:
nMinimum 2+ years of residential painting experience (exterior and/or interior).
nMust have your own crew, tools, ladders, and reliable transportation.
nAbility to take on full houses and maintain a fast, high-quality pace.
nStrong English-speaking skills (interviews will be conducted in English).
nProfessional appearance and conduct.
nAbility to pass a background check if required.
nRequired Documentation:
nEIN (Employer Identification Number).
nGeneral Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million.
nWorkers’ Compensation Insurance (if applicable based on your crew size and state laws).
