AVANTIER – A Premium Custom Optic Manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales to join their expanding sales team.

n

This role involves managing the entire sales process, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing team, and the CEO.

n

Responsibilities:

n

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibilities include:

n

Managing the Full sales cycle process to drive incremental revenue.

n

Proactively conducting outbound sourcing, establishing new partnerships, and constructing a resilient sales pipeline to drive sustained growth.

n

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

n

Understanding clients' needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.

n

Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive selling.

n

Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.

n

Negotiating and closing deals with clients.

n

· Consistently meet all monthly and quarterly sales goals.

n

Skills/Qualifications:

n

The ideal Account Executive will have:

n

5+ years of B2B sales success.

n

Ability to Cold Call daily, Follow up and Close deals

n

Experience in leading presentations and demos with the ability to close

n

Experience in attending conferences, trade shows and networking to build relationships

n

Experience in managing a long sales cycle from prospect to close

n

Generate Outbound as well as handle inbound leads

n

Must have GREAT Attitude and be a TEAM player to fit into the company culture

n

Proactivity in sourcing new business and managing a robust pipeline.

n

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

n

Pay: 90,000 – 120,000 base salary + Bonus & Commission
