As Toppan Packaging Americas surpasses $1 billion in annual revenue and accelerates growth across global markets, Toppan Alloyd & TEQ is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead strategic pricing initiatives that drive margin expansion, customer value, and market competitiveness.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for setting and executing pricing strategy across a dynamic portfolio of thermoformed packaging solutions. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, financial fluency, and a proactive, challenger mindset to deliver pricing outcomes that elevate profitability and enable business growth.
What you'll be doing:
Strategic Pricing Leadership
- Design and lead implementation of pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Partner with executive and commercial leadership to influence go-to-market and customer negotiation strategies.
- Analyze industry pricing trends, customer expectations, and competitor positioning to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
- Develop models to forecast pricing elasticity and simulate pricing impact on volume and margin.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Product Development to ensure pricing reflects true cost, customer value, and commercial realities.
- Act as the commercial voice in cross-functional teams evaluating product launches, customer bids, and strategic opportunities.
- Own and manage pricing frameworks across key accounts including contract escalation mechanisms, raw material pass-through models, and value-based pricing methods.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance in all pricing structures.
- Monitor pricing performance across segments and proactively identify margin improvement opportunities.
- Develop pricing KPIs and dashboards in collaboration with Finance and BI teams.
- Support the development of analysts and help build a center of excellence for pricing analytics within the business.

Technical Expertise
- Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; SQL, Power BI, or similar tools highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial metrics (P&L, contribution margin) and costing principles.
- Ability to influence at multiple levels including executives, sales leadership, and operational teams.
- Highly strategic thinker with strong business judgment and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to drive alignment and commercial action.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or business analytics, with at least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging industry strongly preferred.
