nBackground? Born in Venezuela and grew up in Colombia. Moved to Orlando at 17 years old.
nPrior Experience? She started her career in the financial services industry with Northwestern Mutual in 2007, shortly after graduating from UCF with a degree in Business.
nMission? Impacting the Hispanic and minority market in Central Florida, and bringing financial literacy and a call to action to each household while making it an enjoyable experience.

nDrew Walters - Lead Advisor:

nPrior Experience? Received a degree in Finance from UCF. Started his career in the financial services industry through an Internship with Northwestern Mutual in 2003 and within a year had opened up a scratch financial planning office in Greater Orlando.
nPassionate About? Loves spending time with his wife and 2 children. Also enjoys spending time on the golf course and giving back to his community.

You will design and implement tailored strategies that safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well-being, ensuring their long-term security. Regularly reviewing and updating clients' financial plans and insurance policies to reflect any changes in their circumstances or goals will be crucial to ensure continuous protection. Additionally, you will cultivate a robust network of clients through referrals, active community involvement, and professional associations.
nQualifications: Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships. You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
