nJob Description:
nAs a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our clients' paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring effective Google Ads strategies to attract qualified leads and drive conversions.
nKey Responsibilities:
nDevelop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives
nManage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
nConduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords
nCreate compelling ad copy and landing pages to maximize click-through rates and conversions
nMonitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) and make data-driven optimizations
nStay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm updates
nCollaborate with other marketing team members to ensure seamless integration of Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing strategies
nConduct virtual meetings with our clients where you will review campaign reports and strategize
nQualifications:
n5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
n5+ years customer service and/or sales experience
nStrong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices
nCurrent Google Ads Search Certification
nProficiency in Google Ads tools and platforms (Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics)
nProficiency in Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc)
nExcellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & oral)
nExperience working in Salesforce is a plus, but not required
nBachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
nThis role starts on a part-time contract basis, then can transition to a full-time employment position, so you will need to be a local resident of San Diego County to apply for this job. As an independent contractor, you will enjoy the following benefits until you become a full-time employee:
