We are seeking an experienced motivated and knowledgeable Smallware’s Salesrep to join our sales team. This role focuses on selling tabletop, silverware, chafing dishes, glassware and smallware’s—including utensils, cookware, food prep tools, and tabletop items—to clients in the foodservice industry. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of foodservice operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the food service industry.
· Promote and sell a wide range of tabletop products to restaurants, hotels, caterers, and institutional foodservice providers.
· Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
· Conduct product presentations and provide samples or demos as needed.
· Create and follow up on sales quotes and proposals.
· Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company policies.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
· Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor activity.
· Accurately track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
· Attend industry trade shows and networking events to generate leads and promote the company.
· Develop relationships with all major tabletop MFC (all that have showrooms)
· Work with all departments whenever someone signs a new project/ contract they involve this salesrep to get in touch as early as possible.
