Clearance Required: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II) or Tier 3 Investigation (NACLC)

We are looking for an Endpoint Engineer | Systems Administrator to provide expert-level support for endpoint delivery, application configuration, and desktop imaging within the DHA enterprise. This role ensures secure, policy-compliant endpoint operations in a complex hybrid infrastructure serving military healthcare facilities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support deployment and sustainment of MECM/Intune endpoint solutions.
  • Manage OS image creation, patching, and software deployment processes.
  • Enforce compliance with DISA STIGs and NIST standards.
  • Support mobile device provisioning and secure configuration.
  • Maintain application baselines and support application packaging needs.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and assist with Zero Trust and RMF initiatives.
Preferred Tools & Technologies:
  • Microsoft Intune, MECM, MDT, PowerShell
  • Windows 10/11, Windows Server OS
  • Azure AD, Hyper-V, GPO
  • ActivClient, DISA STIG Viewer, SCAP Checker
  • Application packaging tools
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in desktop and endpoint engineering in hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of DoD security standards (STIGs, RMF).
  • Hands-on experience with modern endpoint management solutions.
Education & Certifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following combinations:
Certification: Microsoft Certified: Cyber Security Architect Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
AND one of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • DoD 8140 Baseline Certification: GCLD, CCE, CASP+, CEH, GLSC, or CISSP
