nThis mid-level engineer will be responsible primarily for general painting-related projects and assignments including wallpaper, drywall repair and finishes. This position will perform repairs and preventative maintenance in public spaces, back of house areas, and guest rooms. Candidates should have a minimum of (3) years of painting experience. As part of the Maintenance/Facilities team, candidates having basic troubleshooting skills involving electricity, plumbing, etc. are preferred but not required. Good communication skills are necessary for this role.
nThe hourly rate range for this position is $31.15/hour to $31.77/hour. The starting rate for this position is $31.15/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more, which is currently $31.77/hour.
