nYou will be the Technical Lead for our Production Engineering team, responsible for providing sound technical leadership and guidance to a group of 10+ manufacturing engineers. nWhat You Will Be Doing
nAs the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight to our team of manufacturing engineers, ensuring that they have the support and resources they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for tracking process improvement efforts across the shop, identifying areas for improvement, and aiding in root cause analysis and corrective action to reduce defects. Additionally, you will be required to communicate and collaborate with multiple disciplines and sites, including production, quality, and engineering teams.

n* Tracking process improvement efforts across the shop and identifying areas for improvement
n* Aiding in root cause analysis and corrective action to reduce defects
n* Communicating and collaborating with multiple disciplines and sites, including production, quality, and engineering teams
n* Developing and implementing technical strategies to drive process improvements and reduce defects
n* Mentoring and coaching manufacturing engineers to help them develop their technical skills and knowledge
n* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall production efficiency

nBasic Qualifications:
n- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
n- Experience leading a team of technical ICs
n- Root cause / Corrective action
n- Strong machining and other process knowledge
n- Process improvement
n- Ability to obtain a security clearance
nDesired Skills:
nMaster's degree in related field
nExperience with design for manufacturing (DFM) reviews, ROM estimates, and capital equipment procurement
nMPMlink and Windchill PLM
nSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
