Customer Service Representative:
As a Client Service Representative, your duties will include but may not be limited to keeping accurate medical records, clerical work, client education, promotion of hospital products and services and support of other team members. This position requires a practical knowledge of the clinic's procedures, policies and services; client and patient treatment protocols; data transcribing; word processing, records and terminology used in the veterinary clinic. Specific guidelines have been established for interacting with clients, invoicing, checking-in & checking-out clients, answering and ending telephone calls, end of day closing procedures, and client record handling.
