Description: You will be the Quality Engineer Associate Manager for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Controls (MFC) in Grand Prairie, TX, supporting the HIMARS program. Our team is responsible for ensuring the delivery of defect-free hardware on-time, and you will lead a team of Program Supplier Quality Engineering professionals to achieve this goal.

nAs the Quality Engineer Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with customer representatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. You will play a key role in maintaining a continuous supply of conforming parts entering the production line.

nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
nBasic Qualifications:
n-STEM Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education
n-Strong interpersonal/communication skills
n-Project management/leadership experience
n-Advanced knowledge of AS9100 standards and QMS processes
n-Ability to participate in domestic travel (~15%)
nDesired Skills:
n- STEM Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
n-ASQ Certified Quality Manager
n-ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
n-Lean Six Sigma Certification
n-Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
n-Strong understanding of MRB processes
n-SAP / Apriso / P2P familiarity

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
