nThe Specialty Territory Manager is responsible for the sale of the organization's product(s) in a specified region or major geographical area. Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
nDemonstrate selling skills and pull-thru execution through strategically and tactically allocating resources to drives results
nDevelop effective customer relationships, and leverage those relationships to drive results
nDemonstrate baseline knowledge and understanding of business analytics including customer data, resources, and tools
nDemonstrate the ability to build account and territory plans
nAble to utilize available data to target and access most valuable accounts
nDemonstrate expertise across the product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and managed care
nEffectively manage territory by routinely analyzing data to target high prescribing HCPs
nDevelop and deliver effective sales presentations on the organizations products to target HCPs
nMeet or exceed established call average and sales performance expectations
nDemonstrate market and industry knowledge relative to product portfolio and competitor products
nUnderstand and utilize clinical and disease state knowledge and the impact on patients and providers
nComplete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
nAttend various sales training classes, sales meetings, and national/regional conferences
nQualifications:
nBachelors degree required
nMinimum 2 years GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experienced preferred with a demonstrated track record of success
nResides in or within close proximity to assigned geography required
nMust have a valid drivers license with a good driving history to drive a company vehicle.
nOvernight travel maybe required for this role
nRequires strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills
nDriving in a geographically large territory for long periods of time each day.
nLifting sample boxes (up to 25 pounds) is required for this role. If you are unable to lift 25 pounds, reasonable accommodations can be provided.

nPerforming other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
nThe range of starting base pay for this role is 105K-145K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
